Bar

Tradition and warmth greet visitors to this historic, cosy and intimate premises. The counter is made from 14th century linen-fold pine, salvaged from a UK church. The bar has a traditional stone and whitewash finish and slate floor.  A turn of the century pot bellied stove warms in winter. The golden straw thatched roof is authentic. The walls are adorned with local history, sport and memorabilia

It's the character of the place that has people returning time and again. The Treacy's tradition and hospitality has been handed down through 8 generations. The sing-songs, sessions and craic are legendary. Our head bar man Colm holds the title of Leinster Express Bar Person of the Year 2013.

Maybe its the history, maybe its the staff, but a pint of cold creamy Guinness from our bar is hard to beat.

Treacy’s serves all major beers on tap as well as bottled beers, non-alcoholic beers, ciders and wines.
